This conversation is currently closed to new comments. That is what needs a driver not a Headset which only connects to the Computer tirelessly. If you don't already have a Bluetooth Device inside the computer you need to add one.
Thanks for the reply. I don't have a built in bluetooth device, but an external one- Frontech bluetooth. I tried to manually update the driver, though device manager, but that didn't help.
All my other devices detect and work fine, say my smartphone, but not this headset. On the Computer and add the Headset to it. Just out of curiosity how many active Blue Tooth Devices do you have connected? If there are a lot of them you could have exceeded the upper limit of your Blue Tooth Device. Col, I ran the setup.
