But I am uncertain as to where these are from since the tracks have names like they are from an official CD release, whereas the extracted audio for all 3 games from the "DB music library" torrent don't have names like this for the tracks.
These are PS2 Gamerips, not done by me, though. Oh, Ok. My mistake. I guess I'll never know. Also the DB music library torrent has one or two extra tracks for each game if you are interested. There are different levels of FLAC. It would be up already, but the thousands of audio files are what's taking it longer. Actually the different levels of FLAC don't have anywhere near that much of a difference in size.
It's really only a very small difference. So I found the issue, and the problem is from the tracks in your torrent. Somehow I didn't notice the track lengths before, but your torrent has a bit more than double the track lengths compared to the DB music library torrent.
I then compared the tracks and your torrent is repeating the same track at least twice, and sometimes it goes into a third time for a few seconds where the program used to make your tracks seems to fade out that third time as it starts.
So if PS2 is actually using samples and a sort of MIDI track to play the music, then this would make sense that the program would repeat the tracks like this.
But I thought the audio in PS2 games is a file such as wave or a compressed audio file, and if it is, then I think that would be strange for the tracks to be repeated like that. Although your track 2 from techkaichi 2 is at a good volume which fixes a low volume problem with that same track from the DB music library torrent.
